Farmer's Forum- January 20, 2018

A Program of nonprofit Partners for Sustainable Healthy Communities
The Farmer’s Table hosted their second, biannual, free, day-long, two-track forum for farmers on January 20, 2018 in the Agricultural Science and Technology Department of Wamogo Regional High School in Litchfield, CT.  Farm-to-table continental breakfast and lunch were prepared by New Morning catering business.  Sponsors included Farm Credit East, The Connecticut Community Foundation, The Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation and New Milford Farmland and Forest Preservation.
 
The forum offered 2 plenary and 6 different interactive workshops to 85 farmers and farming advocates.  Each participant received a binder with all of the presentations and associated background material in it.
